Not to start a workflow on creating folder in a document library sharepoint 2013 ?


Solution)   
Step 1:select document library .
goto library settings .
in advanced settings select 

Allow management of content types?
to yes
and save it .
Go back to library settings and Add from existing site content types and then select document type and ok .

now come back to document library workflowsettings --> add new workflow now you can see on the to for which document type you want to start a workflow .
select document type and it will initiate workflows only on document upload or create not for folder creation .
